After completing a simple questionnaire, Cadence clients are provided with step-by-step instructions for everything they need to take care of after a loss, tailored to their specific location and situation. Using our tell-us-once approach, the estate documentation is filled in and securely sent to where it needs to go. Our clients are given unlimited access to client care specialists who can answer questions, make referrals and help with hard-to-do tasks.
Cadence provides free informational and grief resources on our website. We also have client care specialists who provide free general information. The client care specialists can be reached through the chat function on the website or by phone at 1-800-500-9625.
