Kuberan

Kuberan Rajasingham

Mar 31st 1962 — Mar 8th 2023 (60 years)

Biography

Kuberan passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 8, 2023 in Toronto, Canada.
He is survived by the love of his life Tiyani (wife) and two sons, Dishan (Kristin) and Shihan (Sandra) who were the pride and joy of his life.

Kuberan was the son of celebrated surgeon Dr. Albert Rajasingham and Irangani Rajasingham (nee Ilangantileke), step-brother of the late Rudra Rajasingham, Chitto Rajasingham and the late Rukmani De Croose.

He loved travelling the world, which was possible through his work in the travel industry. In addition to destination vacations, he paved the way for his family to move from Sri Lanka, to Dubai and his final resting place in Canada.

Kuberan had a deep love for nature, rugby and was a life-long martial arts enthusiast. He was passionate about embracing new sports and always led by example - of late he pursued Tai Chi, cycling, golf, watersports and playing the guitar. Kuberan’s thirst for current affairs, love of reggae music, and dancing is well known amongst those close to him.

He valued good health above all worldly possessions and encouraged everyone who knew him to live an active life as he did.
Kuberan leaves a legacy that was deeply grounded in Christian faith and unyielding moral values with which, he helped colleagues, friends, and family alike.

Those who knew him best, will take comfort in knowing that he is now resting on that eternal beach in the sun, with a Guinness in hand and a smile on his face!

There will be a celebration of life for family and friends as follows:
Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:30am to 3:00pm - The Meadowvale Village Hall, 6970 Second Line w, Mississauga
