A gentle reminder that our community needs hospice-palliative care and to please consider in lieu flowers, donations to The Carpenter Hospice.

The family would like to extend their thanks to Dr. Yamamoto, Dr. Bhavsar, and Joseph Brant Hospital Staff that crossed paths with Stéphane especially palliative care providers, Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Park. A special thank you to The Carpenter Hospice frontline staff, Laurie, Naomi and volunteers that worked non-stop to keep Stéphane and the family comfortable with an incredibly beautiful transition. You are all the most special people out there and with immense gratitude thank you for being a part of her end-of-life care.
