My work in patient care and clinic management began 16 years ago and when in 2013 I became a hospice volunteer, I quickly discovered a love for supporting individuals at end of life, and their families. My own experiences with loss and grief continues to drive my passion to be a light for others during their’s, and it has been through my work and witnessing that I recognize the power and significance of community, conversation, compassion and empathy. As a certified End-of-Life Doula, Grief Educator and Eirene Care Associate, I’m honoured to have the opportunity to be of service.
